Manchester United Football Club Case Study

Holemasters Demtech Ltd's floor saw is shown working on the stands at Manchester United's Old Trafford ground. The saw, capable of using a 1200mm diameter diamond blade, can cut up to 500mm deep in reinforced concrete, asphalt or other road materials.

A water supply cools diamond cutting segments and suppresses dust. Although diesel power is the common choice, and can be fitted with spark arrestors for hazardous sites, Holemasters Demtech Ltd also operate electric and gas powered floor saws to work inside buildings or where environmental considerations take precedence.
